Return policy
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts on the day you received the goods.
2. Return process
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at contact@callise.fr or by telephone at +49 155 48794538, indicating your order number and the items concerned.
3. Return costs
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or do not correspond to those ordered.
4. Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method within 14 days.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Personalized or customer-specific items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Items are also excluded from return if they show signs of wear or are not returned in their original packaging.
